Pricing Agreement

KP Consult conforms to market pricing across all of its mediation services. 

Payment terms: Payment must be in advance for every session. The session will only be confirmed after payment has been received.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the appointment or the full session fee will be forfeited.

In the event a KP Consult practitioner has to reschedule or cancel the appointment the client will be fully refunded for the cancelled appointment and we will make an effort to schedule a new appointment as soon as possible to minimise the inconvenience for the client or will provide the client with details of another practitioner if the client prefers this.

Mediation Pricing Schedule  

The pricing schedule below is current.  Pricing is subject to change and we will endeavour to update our website and cost agreement if this occurs.

Individual intake session $175.00 per person flat rate - up to 90 minutes.

Joint mediation session $150.00 per hour per person.

Individual session $150.00 per hour.

All fees are inclusive of GST.

Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement

Any information obtained by the staff of KP Consult in the course of contact with a client is confidential within professional, legal and ethical limits.  Please refer to our Confidentiality Agreement here

The terms of the KP Consult Confidentiality Agreement are included in these Terms and Conditions.   A Confidentiality Agreement must be completed prior commencement of joint mediation.   This will be discussed further in the Intake Session.
